• All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may include or exclude SST (as stated on the product page).

• Payment methods accepted include FPX, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other methods specified at checkout.
• Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to addresses within Malaysia unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is handed over to the courier.
• Shipping fees are displayed during checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to inspection and approval.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Certain items (e.g., clearance items, customised products, electrical components) are nonreturnable.
• Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund via store credit. Customer will not get a cash refund or a credit to their original payment method (like a credit card or bank account). Instead, the refund amount will be credited to their website account as store credit for next purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Xian Yik Hardware Sdn. Bhd. reserves the final rights and decision for all return, refund, or exchange claims without prior notice.

8. Warranty

• Keep your original invoice for warranty purposes.
• Warranty claims must be made directly to the product’s brand owner or manufacturer unless stated otherwise.
• The warranty does not cover damage cause by misuse, accidents, unauthorisez repairs or modifications.
• All shipping costs for warranty claims (both to and from our service centre) are the customer’s responsibility.
• We are not liable for damage or loss during warranty-related shipping; we recommend using a reliable courier with tracking and insurance.
• Xian Yik Hardware Sdn. Bhd. reserves the final rights and decision for all warranty claims without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xian Yik Hardware Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use our Site or products.

7. 退货、退款与换货
   • 在收到产品7 天内可申请退货，需经检查并获得批准。
   • 产品必须保持未使用状态，原包装完好，并附有购买凭证。
   • 特定商品（如清仓品、定制产品、电器零部件）不可退货。
   • 一旦我们检查并确认商品/产品，客户将透过商店信用额收到退款。客户将不会收到现金退款，也不会退回到其原始付款方式（如信用卡或银行账户）。相反，退款金额将以商店信用额的形式存入其网站账户，用于下次购物。
   • 运费不可退还，除非因我们的错误导致退货，否则退货运费由客户承担。
   • Xian Yik Hardware Sdn. Bhd. 拥有所有退货、退款或换货申请的最终解释权与决定权，且无需提前通知。
