These bearings are engineered for high rotational accuracy and low friction. They are pre-lubricated for life and designed for maintenance-free operation in various mechanical assemblies.
The suffix in your part numbers indicates the type of protection used to keep lubricant in and contaminants out:
ZZ: Features non-contact metal shields on both sides. Ideal for high-speed applications where low torque is required.
RS: Features a rubber contact seal. This provides superior protection against moisture and fine dust compared to metal shields, though it slightly increases friction.
600/620/690 Series: Miniature bearings for small electronics, power tools, and office equipment.
6000 Series (Extra Light): Slim cross-sections for compact mechanical designs.
6200 Series (Light): The most common series for general-purpose electric motors.
6300 Series (Medium): Larger balls and thicker rings for heavy radial loads.
6400 Series (Heavy): Designed for extreme load conditions.
