Applications in the Kitchen
Despite the name "Aluminum Sheet For Sink," this material is most often used to protect surfaces around the sink area:
Under-Sink Cabinet Lining: This is the most common use. The aluminum sheet is applied to the base of the cabinet directly underneath the sink bowl.
Function: It acts as a waterproof and moisture-proof barrier to protect the wooden or particleboard cabinet base from water leaks, pipe condensation, or spilled cleaning chemicals.
Drawer/Pantry Lining: It can be cut and placed inside kitchen drawers or pantry areas as a hygienic, easy-to-clean liner, especially where there might be residue from stored food items.
Backsplash/Stove Area (Less Common): Due to its heat and oil resistance, it can sometimes be used as a temporary or budget backsplash liner behind a small stove or cooktop, though its thinness limits its durability for high-wear areas.
