Purpose and Applications

CHEMICIDE 75+ is designed to provide comprehensive, long-lasting protection against wood-destroying pests.

Primary Use: Effective control and elimination of subterranean termites (anai-anai) in structures and soil.
Secondary Uses: Used to kill and deter other crawling insects, such as ants (semut) and wood ants.
Application Areas:
- Pre-Construction: Applied to the soil foundation of new buildings to create a long-lasting chemical barrier against subterranean termites.
- Post-Construction: Applied to the soil around existing structures by trenching and rodding, or directly sprayed onto infested wood or mud tunnels.

Performance Characteristics

Rapid Knockdown: The formula is designed to act quickly, providing immediate control upon contact.
Long-Lasting Residual Effect: Creates a protective treated zone in the soil that controls termites for an extended period, preventing re-infestation.
Non-Repellent (Generally): Chlorpyrifos is historically known for being non-repellent at the correct concentration, meaning termites walk through the treated area without detecting it, allowing the chemical to be transferred throughout the colony.
