Directions for Use

Preparation: Ensure all mating surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil or old gasket material.
Application: Pierce the tube seal, attach the nozzle, and cut to the desired bead size (typically 1/16" to 1/8").
Assembly: Apply a continuous bead to one surface. Assemble the parts within 15 minutes while the silicone is still wet or just beginning to "skin".
Curing: The material fully cures in 24 hours. Avoid over-tightening bolts during initial assembly to prevent squeezing out all the silicone.
