Aerogas Eco Anti-Spatter Gel (also distributed under the Airgas Malaysia network) is a premium welding consumable protection gel designed to prevent weld spatter from adhering to sensitive components of MIG/MAG and CO2 welding torches.

Prevents Spatter Build-up: Stops molten spatter from sticking to the interior and exterior of MIG nozzles, avoiding short circuits.Consumable Protection: Significantly extends the lifespan of contact tips, gas diffusers, and nozzles.Smooth Wire Feeding: Lubricates the contact tip to ensure consistent, friction-free welding wire delivery.Eliminates Porosity: Will not contaminate the shielding gas weld pool or cause porosity in the base metal.

Directions for Use
Heat the Torch: Run a brief weld bead until the MIG gun nozzle is warm or hot to the touch.
Dip the Nozzle: Immerse the hot torch nozzle roughly half an inch (1–2 cm) directly into the gel.
Clear Excess: Immediately withdraw the torch and wipe off any excess dripping gel around the nozzle tip.
Snip the Wire: Purge a small amount of wire and snip the end to clear any localized gel residue.
Repeat Interval: Re-dip the nozzle every 10 to 15 minutes of continuous welding for optimal protection.
